You can view the availability of the hall in the calendar below. To book for a private Hall Hire please fill in hire form. Any projects or long term hire please forward as a proposal to info@hedgecockcentre.org.uk or altenatively fill in a contact form

Please ensure you have read the Hall Hire Agreement which lists the charges and conditions of the hire.

Block Booking Starting from
£20Per hour
  • Price varies from £20 - £35 depending on the booking time.
  • Min 4 bookings paid in advance
Weekday Hire
£50 per hour
  • Monday - Thursday only (Excluding public holidays)
  • Minimum hire of 4 hours for private events
  • Including tables, chairs and kitchen facilities
Weekend Hire
£60Per hour
  • Friday - Sunday (Including public holidays)
  • Minimum hire of 4 hours for private events
  • Inclusive of kitchen facilities, tables and chair
Light Cleaning Service
£30 one-off
  • Mandatory light cleaning service after event finishes for bookings of 2 hours or more
  • Hirers will still be responsible for removal of decoration disposable items and placing equipment in their designated area.
